Design and planning
If your build is just an idea, or maybe you've seen a plot or house to refurbish you'd like some ideas on - we can meet with you to advise on what is feasible and also give you a budget figure. The next step would be design and submission into planning. This is a fundamental stage and what you design here can have a big impact on cost later on in the build. We will always try to quantify the cost impacts on the build stage of any design decisions you make so that you have all the information before you finalise your design.
Project Management
If you have planning and are ready to build we will meet with you to discuss your design and to give you budget building costs. This is when we get to really understand not only what you want us to build for you, but also how you want the build experience to be. Most clients want to be involved in finishes and the detail of the build. We won't take over we want to ensure you get the house you want and will involve you in decisions. But we'll also deal with the less interesting stuff like getting your materials to site and making sure everything goes to plan
