A fee that is more than covered by the savings we gain for you in having set up some great trade discounts with local suppliers. We offer a free initial meeting with our project manager and RIBA chartered architect to understand your build in more detail. Our team understands building a home is about you, our client. We are passionate about what we do we want to make building your home a good experience. We have a trusted, high quality team of tradesmen who we know will deliver what you need, when you need it.
Susan
Susan has 15 years project management experience and prior to setting up Green Country Homes, was a Business Improvement Consultant for GlaxoSmithKline. During her time at GSK she trained management teams in customer value and this has been a strong ethos in her business.

Rachel
Rachel is a chartered RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) architect. She qualified in 1986 with a Dip Arch from Bolton Street and a BSC Arch from Trinity, Dublin. Rachel has vast experience of many types of design from oak framed buildings, unusual contemporary designs to listed buildings. She is great at advising you on what parts of a design will work / not work from creating the maximum light to designing the best view from your kitchen window
